The build_test_graph_nodes and build_test_graph_edges helpers are scaffolded for upcoming golden tests but not yet called. RUSTFLAGS -Dwarnings promotes the dead_code warning to an error, breaking CI.
Fixes CI failure — RUSTFLAGS -Dwarnings promotes unused-imports to error.
63 tools. apply_batch verify, m1nd_view, m1nd_glob, enhanced search. Wiki + Roadmap updated.

#17, closes #13) flow_simulate now checks advisory locks and reduces turbulence scores by 85% for protected nodes. Protected nodes reported with lock IDs and suppression status. Cannot reach Critical severity. 21 new golden tests for perspective.suggest (7) and perspective.affinity (8) plus 6 cross-cutting tests. 452 tests total, all passing.
