This is extremely WIP but works. I implemented this for my own needs, and there are a few things missing, like for example parser/formatter for week date as we use custom parser/formatter (ISO).
Just wanted to share, I don't mind if you don't merge it, but maybe i could inspire you. I would REALLY like for Semantic UI Calendar to support this.
