Computing node: timavo

This instance is a Ubuntu 16.04LTS distribution on a 16cpu-64ram-hpc flavour. Its primary use is by members of the group to perform analysis on HTS data. For example, metagenomics run sequenced on MiSeq are analysed with VirMet. For this reason, all samples from our group are saved here in /data/MiSeq/MiSeqOutput.

The partitions /data and /analyses are physically attached on dolina and then mounted via NFS on timavo. See the dedicated page.

As for the other nodes, also timavo is set up by an Ansible playbook.
