💡 What: - Replaced manual byte buffering loop with `CharStreams.toString` using `InputStreamReader`. - Added early `break` after finding `META-INF/services/javax.annotation.processing.Processor`. 🎯 Why: - The previous implementation constructed a String for every 1024 bytes read, which is inefficient. - It also incorrectly handled multi-byte UTF-8 characters if they were split across buffer boundaries. - Scanning the entire JAR after finding the target file was unnecessary O(N) work. 📊 Impact: - Stops reading JAR immediately after finding the processor config (O(1) vs O(N) file reads). - Fixes potential data corruption for multi-byte characters. - Reduces object allocation during file reading. 🔬 Measurement: - Verified with `bazel test //resolver:classifiers_test`. - Logic correctness confirmed by existing tests passing.
