It looks like most of the work for the lib upgrades has been done here -> #409 It would make it easier to fix the MacOS build for later versions of OSX with those merged in as well. |

This CI workflow produces artifacts for Linux QT, Windows QT, Windows Setup.exe, and MacOS CLI. I can probably work on the dependencies to get MacOS QT images working but this is a good start.
