Refactored src/infra/tailscale.ts to reduce code duplication in Tailscale service management functions.

Changes:

  • Created a helper function runTailscaleServiceCommand that handles the common logic for executing tailscale serve and tailscale funnel commands with sudo fallback.
  • Updated enableTailscaleServe, disableTailscaleServe, enableTailscaleFunnel, and disableTailscaleFunnel to use the helper function.

Verification:

  • Verified that existing tests in src/infra/tailscale.test.ts pass using bun test.
  • No functional changes were made, ensuring existing behavior is preserved.
