Add intent.md, constraints.md, evals.md. Rewrite AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md to follow the Nate B. Jones Four Disciplines template structure: project overview, tech stack with versions, architecture, key files, domain concepts, persistent decisions, open loops, available tools, and boot ritual.
