not sure I understand what was failing / how you uncovered this ? do we need additional tests ?

Description
Fixed fairness_bias.yaml - For the likert_fairness_bias_gpt4o scorer, references bias.yaml. Should it be referencing fairness_bias.yaml. evaluate_scorers is failing for that one because it looks for fairness_bias.yaml but it gets bias.yaml
