Test files NEED to be type checked to ensure they don't get out of sync with the actual code...
The easiest way to type check test files is to have them under
srcand included in the same tsconfig as the source files. So this PR moves the tests tosrc/__tests__(following the pattern from some related repos) and updates every publishedpackage.jsonto specifyfilesand exclude the tests.The package.json
filesupdates also get rid of a bunch of other junk that was previously being published by accident.
