MW_AGENT_INTERNAL_METRICS_PORT is optional. Just like MW_HOST_TAGS. We should keep step 2 as is and should not mention optional config in step 2. Possibly rename step 3 to Optional Configuration and mention all optional config like MW_HOST_TAGS, MW_AGENT_INTERNAL_METRICS_PORT etc there.
There are few more optional configs that we already have in addition to these which can also be included in Step 3
