feat: update concepts cards ui as per theme

We have updated the card UI to align with the overall application theme.

1. Implemented a black and white design system to maintain visual consistency
2. Added hover interaction, where cards transition to a white background for better user feedback
3. support for dark and light theme toggling, ensuring the card UI adapts seamlessly based on the selected theme
