i also notice this w/the latest build too. I sideloaded Google Sky Map and do not see it in the list of apps but once i power off and on or reboot via adb glass it shows up. |

The current version sometimes misses the installation of new app.
Launcher app should check the application list whenever its process returns to foreground.
