using the HUD's API, https://data.hud.gov/housing_counseling_form.html, the lat and long values were reversed when using this library, unless HUD has it wrong. |

Can you provide an example result from this lib of a reversed one? I've not
seen any reversed results before so wondering if some records are.

FYI, 14052 is has lat/long reversed. It's town of East Aurora in western NY, definitely not Antarctica. |
