Refactor prompt generation to provide accurate, diff-like instructions for UI modifications, improving reliability for weaker AI agents.
The previous prompt generation was often too high-level and lossy, making it difficult for less capable AI models to accurately identify target elements and apply precise CSS changes. This PR introduces a structured, signal-rich, and explicit before/after diff format, including handling for asymmetric padding and negative spacing via margin compensation, to guide agents more effectively.
