@notroj thanks for the PR. As a simple library dependency, it need not be explicitly listed in CR, we just needed to know whether it was wanted when added. Do any other subpackages of rtrlib need to be shipped though? frr is the only consumer in Fedora, so I don't see a need for -devel to be in CRB. What about rtr-tools?

Hi, you are right that -devel is a good candidate for buildroot only package. I have to think about the rtrlib-tools though, maybe some kind of a command-line testing tool could be useful. Is there a deadline when I need to decide? I would like to test this first probably.

RHEL 11 Beta freeze isn't for a while still, so you've got plenty of time to figure it out. :-) Of course, it's easier to do this in ELN before branching (which is still a year-plus out), so if you decide to add it, just file a PR when you're ready.
