Fixed some things to make it more grammatically correct (plural + their)

Changed the tone to reflect a more personal connection ("my users")

I like most of the rewording, but I'm not sure about the "my users" stuff. I see how it makes it more personal to the developer taking the oath, but it might open areas of interpretation. Who "owns" a user?

While I understand that it could be interpreted as "ownership," I still feel that developers should have a sense of personal responsibility attached to their software. I would be okay with something more along the lines of "the users of my software" but that might be a bit wordy.
