A bunch of cleanups, mostly Javadoc changes to fix grammar and formatting. Plus updated the readme to use the newer multithreading example and indicate only Java 8 and up is supported.
Also makes ExifToolBuilder use Java 8 functional interfaces instead of its own custom class, since as far as i can tell Java 8 is now required and it shouldn't break compatibility since they were private.
The changes are split in a couple of commits.
