- Added `global-configuration.md` with details on `FlutterDeckConfiguration`. - Added `slide-configuration.md` with details on `FlutterDeckSlideConfiguration`. - Inserted global config at navOrder 2 and slide config at navOrder 3. - Updated `navOrder` for all subsequent guides in `doc/website/source/guides/`.
