You can now mark paragraphs as "review" type. This helps keeping track what you have already reviewed and revised, and what is left.
When removing review flag, we look for all nodes that has it turned on.
Updated v6 file to contain review mark.
Just to make sure, that older editors will not load files with review blocks.
