This PR will add a logo for coreboot in the style of the tianocore splashscreen.
The tianocore splashscreen is only available as a low resolution bitmap so I made this one from scratch using inkscape. The font is based on the gratis ER UNIVERS KOI-8 BOLD font, with some minor tweaks for spacing and reduced boldness.
