what do you need to run the code in your own mahine ?

1. set up your next.js project
2. set up tailwaind css: Make Sure that you add prefix: 'tw-' in the configration and use a variables.css with it
3. your own backend server: this project use axios to send req's and socket-io as a websocket server so you need to make soure that you read and understand website code to make it
4. install private npm package: just use yarn add github:ProBotOrg/locale or npm i github:ProBotOrg/locale
5. setup nextjs routes
