Updated the URLs to have an extra "/" in the server locations
Typo
As we have an old version of teh ERA installation qcow2 image we needed to update to the right version so the HoL works.
Use of the new 0.4 Karbon image
Changed to the right Era server image
Update for Objects offline Repo
Updated so it will set the correct OBJECTS_OFFLINE_REPO if we are out off GTS timeframe..
