WIP [ENH] pdf generating script

First attempt at a script to generate a pdf based on the GitHub Pages page. First we clean up some jekyll and html content in the files and then use pandoc to do md --> latex --> pdf

Some current issues:

• code and tables do not respect line spacing and might go off the page.
• tables without headers can cause a page not to get fully converted (messes with syntax?).
• images embedded in tables seem not to be supported.
