Adds two new themes, "forest" and "ocean", each with a light and dark variant. Implements a robust theme-switching mechanism with the following features: - A `ThemeProvider` to manage and persist the selected theme in `localStorage`. - An inline `ThemeScript` to prevent "Flash of Unstyled Content" (FOUC) on page load. - A theme-toggle button in the `Taskbar` to cycle through all available themes.
