This change adds two new themes, "forest" and "ocean", to the frontend application and implements a robust theme-switching mechanism to support them. It includes a ThemeProvider, an inline ThemeScript to prevent FOUC, and a theme-toggle button in the Taskbar.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10496851257281576540 started by @mojomast

Adds two new themes, "forest" and "ocean", each with a light and dark variant.

Implements a robust theme-switching mechanism with the following features:

- A `ThemeProvider` to manage and persist the selected theme in `localStorage`.
- An inline `ThemeScript` to prevent "Flash of Unstyled Content" (FOUC) on page load.
- A theme-toggle button in the `Taskbar` to cycle through all available themes.
