Provides the ability to decorate proporties with UpnpStateVariableAttribute to have them exposed as StateVariables. Additionally supports INotifyPropertyChanged classes to push event notifications for these properties.
Also fixes a bug where the initial value of a state variable is unknown, and thus broadcast as an empty string.
Also, ServiceControlBuilder had it's line endings mass updated. I hope nobody minds because this is a pain in the ass to fix.
