Migrate JMusicClient to JMusic and add video/lyrics APIs

Renamed all JMusicClient files and directories to JMusic, updating references in pom.xml and related configs. Added new REST APIs for video streaming, video metadata, song lyrics generation, and profile management. Enhanced MusicUiApi and SettingsApi with search, sorting, video folder browsing, song deletion, and metadata rescanning features. Updated templates, static resources, and WebSocket logic to support new functionality and improved UI integration.
