This repo is for the purpose of discussing topics for our meetings that will be interesting to the broader audience.
The general guidelines for the presenters are:
- less focus on results, more on methods
- focus on reproducibility, new tools and packages, software you found useful
- share best practice setups in your group
- leave last 15-20 minutes of the meeting for a group discussion not necessarily related to the presentation
- share technical insights, issues you've faced during the development of new pipelines
- tutorial or live demo
- show negative results, troubleshooting of failed experiments
To suggest a new topic or ask a group question, please create a new issue Feel free to comment on existing topics to vote them up/down, so we can see which topics are more interesting for the group discussion and should be presented sooner.
