Adds two sql querying helper functions (one gets sql from a file and the other dedups a given table using the partition order by logic). Also, not entirely sure why the gmail unit tests are failing. I'm pretty sure I didn't edit the gmail functions or their unit tests, so would appreciate any help that anyone could provide on this!
