Added UI to save avatar configs in browser LocalStorage.
Limitation: If you upload a custom part, save and then restore, the restore fails. I am looking at ways to fix this.
Note: I tried to keep this focused on the task at hand, but I did add a few npm scripts to facilitate deploying to Netlify.
