Mozillians.org is now people.m.o (already covered in both policies), and the CDN host has been shut down.
(Also removing contribute.json that's no longer used around the org, is outdated, and is no longer served anyways… +Also refining stage casing in dockerfile to get rid of warnings in logs.)
