I made this PR to bump all the deps across the project. There was a lot of outdated dependencies, but I believe I got it all to work. I ran into some issues with the
unittestbut on my arm Mac I was able to run the tests by enabling this line:rust-android-gradle/samples/unittest/build.gradle

Rest of the samples worked fine to run. I would appreciate if you had time to look at this PR, and provide some feedback. I can split the commits into more granularity if needed. 🙏
