DIVINE clustering algorithm

  • Divine class for divisive hierarchical clustering
  • run_divine.py to execute DIVINE
  • assign_labels.py helper script
  • output CSVs (labels, scores, MSDs)
  • analysis_db.ipynb for post-run analysis
  • initial test with test_divine.py
