Radio stations schedules
As in real life each radio station has a schedule which content is played. CSL Music Mod adapts the system provided by Cities: Skylines and allows you to create a custom schedule for your radio station.
The schedule is defined in the schedule setting in your station configuration. It is a list of schedule entries that tells the radio e.g. to play up to 5 songs, then one commercial and so on. The radio begins with the first one, then proceeds with the next one, then the one after that, ...
If you leave the schedule empty, CSL Music Mod will automatically generate a random schedule based on the available content.
An example:
{
"name" : "Collection 1",
"collections" : [ "Collection1 Content", "Ads" ],
"thumbnail" : "Collection1.png",
"schedule" : [
{ "type" : "music", "min" : 1, "max" : 3 },
{ "type" : "talk", "min" : 1, "max" : 1 },
{ "type" : "music", "min" : 1, "max" : 2 }
]
}In the example { "type" : "music", "min" : 1, "max" : 3 } means that when this entry is scheduled, at least 1, but not more than 3 songs are played.
The example will first play music, then insert exactly one talk and then plays music, again. When the end is reached, it will begin with the first one.
Additional note: The schedule may not begin with the first entry, but with some random one and then proceeds as described.
The types are the same as provided by the naming of the files.
