Support for CURLAUTH_NEGOTIATE (roundcube krb5_authentication plugin).
Existence of KRB5CCNAME overrides authentication_scheme. Actually, there should be smart fallback negotiate<->basic and/or setting per addressbook.
Implements {IGNORE} password scheme, to support pwstore_scheme=encrypted with empty session password. This avoids loop in carddav_des_key. It allows using 2 roundcube instances (krb/non-krb) with the same db.
