Changes: Moved from Framework to .Net, changed package.configs into packagereferences, OpenTK.GLControl has been replaced with OpenTK.WinForms, a bit of code clean up as well and some additions to open Amp2016 images.
Also added some libraries to NetStandard 2.0, updated Dependencies, and made GameArchives and LibOrbisPkg be localized instead of Submodules, as they no longer are maintained by their original creator. (However, since DtxCS is still being developed, it is a submodule.)
