The tooltips added is to make users understand and easy to know what the site headers icons represent for by mouse over.
Title added to let users know what is this web application use for and simple description added to let users know how to work on this web application.
For a better visual look, the background colour had changed to light yellow from white and the emoji list's background colour had changed to pink from white.
