feat(autopilots): duplicate existing autopilots

Summary

• add duplicate actions for Autopilots list rows and detail pages
• open the existing create dialog with copied title, prompt, agent, output mode, and primary schedule
• keep duplicate creation explicit so users can review edits before saving
