Add functions for Salesforce metadata tracking and comparison. * Create a new module `d2x/api/sf/metadata/tracking/__init__.py` and add the functions `get_valid_target_directories`, `run_retrieve_task`, `commit_changes_to_github`, `get_salesforce_connection`, `get_latest_revision_numbers`, and `compare_revisions`. * Update `docs/architecture/automation.md` to include information about the new metadata tracking functions. --- For more details, open the [Copilot Workspace session](https://copilot-workspace.githubnext.com/muselab-d2x/d2x/tree/cumulusci-next-snapshots?shareId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
