december 6th mvm update fix + some other general upkeep

1. mvm fix
2. added support for transparent viewmodels
3. fixed some console spam (menu_thumb, null.wav for tr_walkway, huditemeffectmeter_action)
4. changed color of chargebars text to original
5. reduced spy disguise animation
6. changed the lowhealth nobox style to remove the red text for better readability
7. added controls to the loadout menu so you can change class loadouts by hitting 1-9
