Structural split proposal: 5 oversized skills → 16 atomic skills, ~72% context cost reduction on splittable ones.
Note: After reading the thread, I think Rook's approach (workflow skills built around analyst questions, chaining 3-5 commands) is more immediately useful than my structural split. I'd recommend reviewing PR #241 first — mine is the conservative/structural version.
