Describe the contribution

Fixes Function names MM_ResetHk and MM_WriteMemWID are misleading #10
- MM_ResetHk renamed to MM_ResetHkData to improve clarity
- Minor issues tagging along with this PR:
  - Zero out the entire global data structure during initialization (rather than just the command/error counters)
  - Separate the 2 separate words SYM and TBL in MM_SYMTBL_TO_FILE_CC as per the naming conventions
  - Various typo fixes

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Unit/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
No change.
