Nice meeting the team today. Decided to refactor some obvious portions for 10x speedup in calculating joint distribution and well over 50x speedup in calculating phenotypic flux. Multiprocessing was also added as an option - Windows users must wrap their code inside the
if __name__=='__main__'guard. Feel free to make edits as you see fit.
