Itemizer v1.5.1

In this release, the plugin will now only support 1.17.1 servers.

• JDK has been updated to Java 17.
• Fixed ClassNotFoundException in the CoreProtectBridge.java class by adding proper checks.
• Updated CoreProtect to the latest version.
• CoreProtect error logging will only log once (on startup), instead of spamming the console on sign interaction (via /ii sign).

ItemizerX v1.5

In this release, there are some minor changes to the codebase including an update to CoreProtect dependency. Tab completion has been implemented for relevant subcommands.
