- Optimize performance with a p95/p99 latency mindset and systematic bottleneck analysis
Production Engineering
- Implement observability (structured logging, metrics, traces, dashboards/alerts) and support incident triage
- Work with Postgres/SQL, integrations, and event-driven patterns (Kafka/queues where applicable)
- Ship via CI/CD and cloud-native tooling (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Jenkins)
- Agentic AI workflows (multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, RAG, evals)
- AI-native dev workflows: build → measure → learn using evaluation loops (quality/latency/reliability)
- Multi-agent pipeline that retrieves context from code + docs and answers “why/how” questions with grounded outputs
