NETOBSERV-2097 pf6 update

Description

This PR is to evaluate the impact of PF6 update. It will be available only on OCP 4.19+ so we should take the time before merging it and think about backward compatibility.

Found a bug while migrating:
patternfly/patternfly-react#11566

Dependencies

I recommend to merge PRs impacting multiple components first:
