Added links to the server cluster doc
Removed sections with the template and cluster instructions. Replaced them with direct links to those sections in the server cluster doc.
In the server cluster doc made the TOC 3 levels deep, so examples are clickable.
In the server cluster doc updated eth names in the infiniband example, so the template can be copy pasted directly withotu modification of the NICs.
