@claucambra I see that you tagged this with Milestone 2.0.0 which I'm assuming means that this fix is waiting for the 2.0.0 release. Then, following that, it will need to wait for NextCloud desktop to update to 2.0.0 of NextcloudFileProviderKit, eh? Any estimate timeline for each of those steps?

Yes, the desktop client will take advantage of all these changes when it begins following the stable-2.0 branch

A PR for this has already been merged into the master branch: nextcloud/desktop#7824

Desktop client 3.16.0 will therefore contain all the relevant 2.0 changes
