Just a sketch for detecting and warning about useless code, i.e. code that has no "effect". Could add some DSL-specific hacks to make it work, but I think a proper treatment would require full type inference and dataflow analysis.
Ultimately I would like to detect unused work at the pipeline level, such as a process output that isn't used downstream or published.
