This PR is to provide a recent template update to version 3.3.2 of nf-core
No other changes have been introduced in the code

Screenshot 2025-11-11 at 11 57 08 thought would be useful to document that `nf-core pipelines lint` on version `3.3.2` same used in the PR GitHub actions doesn't return any errors, while in the GitHub actions it does. this element makes it particularly difficult to fix issues in the dev environment if they don't match the issues raised in PR checks.
