The included Jupyter Notebooks were specifically designed to find and analyze local maxima in line profiles from STED and Confocal images. All workflows were used to analyze line profiles for the publication Brockmann et al. 2019, eLife: Figures S1-S3 (https://elifesciences.org/articles/43243).
In order to reuse or reproduce the data, the file structure must be the following:
- A Parent folder must be specified within the notebook.
- This parent folder should must contains subfolders for each experiment (single N).
- Subfolders contain .csv files.
- The .csv file structure can be obtained from the example files.
